Mansfield is in the process of creating our first community mural along the pond branch trail (in historic downtown). We have a community painting day on Saturday September, 20th from 7am-7pm. We have had a great response to our sign-up for the date, but we especially need more skilled artists to help with some of the finer detail work and shading to ensure the mural comes out as beautifully as the design intends. We also still have spots with little to no skill required for painting and some non-painting jobs as well. We have multiple shifts throughout the day, so you can pick one or several. We will also provide a meal ticket worth $10 for all volunteers who pre-register for a spot (we'll have a food truck on-site from 10-2).
