Summer Art Camp for children 6-12 years old will be held in the Education Center at the Arlington Museum of Art. The curriculum will include art mediums, skills and techniques related to the Museum’s current exhibit, Ansel Adams: Masterworks. Each class is instructed by a professional art educator from the Arlington Independent School District. Students will create a portfolio of their work to keep and will receive a Museum artist t-shirt.
As with previous years, each camp will be a week long, offered as either a morning or afternoon session. All supplies as well as snack and drink will be provided and the campers will receive a shirt at the end of their session. For more information visit the Summer Art Camp page on the Arlington Museum of Art's website. (The schedule of camps is located in the drop down box under "Camp Session" in the registration form.)
