Timeless Concerts' Evening in Latin America to Feature New Cellist

Timeless Concerts artists are sad that their dear friend and colleague of 5 years, Karen Maddox Smith, moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, but wish her well. They are pleased that Karen's selection of a new cellist for them and hope you will be too. Sara Birnbaum Hood will be joining Timeless Concerts on the Sat. Sept. 16 concert, Evening in Latin America, at the Arlington Museum of Art.
Sara has only been in the DFW area for a couple of years, moving here when her husband won a full-time cello job with the Dallas Symphony. Sara has an impressive bio that you can read on their website.

The "Evening In Latin American" concert will be great fun with Latin classic songs by Carlos Gardel, Juan Gabriel, Manuel Ponce and more, plus Piazzolla and Manuel Ponce instrumental works. Erik Barnes will be back as your post-concert party pianist taking requests. Remember it's BYOB, and Timeless Concerts provides complimentary soft drinks and desserts. Concert performers in addition to Sara are violinist LeeAnne Chenoweth, pianist Heejung Kang, soprano Judith Rodriguez and tenor Sergio Cepeda.
