Art on the Greene Art & Music Festival is Arlington’s longest running art festival. Admission and parking are free. There will be almost 100 artists with their creations for you to view and for purchase if something catches your eye. Music lovers can enjoy 11 different bands playing throughout the weekend. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome so you can kick back and relax while enjoying the sounds.

University of Texas at Arlington’s Department of Theatre Arts presents VIA DANCE

Maverick Dance Company presents VIA DANCE, a collection of new, entertaining, and progressivedance works running May 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2019. The concert title, VIA DANCE, is based on a perspective that, through dance, we can communicate what is often challenging to put into words and that dance can simultaneously speak many languages and connect us on a visceral level. VIA DANCE includes a variety of dance styles and will be presented in the UTA Mainstage Theatre (Fine Arts Building, North Section, Room 174) located at 502 South Cooper Street on the UTA campus.

Performances of VIA DANCE are May 3rd & 4th at 8:00 p.m. and May 5th at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for the general public and $8 for students/senior citizens/UTA faculty & staff.
